Terms of Service

These terms govern use of WorkTogethr, an agency-management platform operated by Desisle. By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation into one, you agree to them.
1. The service
WorkTogethr provides project, task, document, file, messaging, invoicing and client-portal functionality for agencies and their clients. Features may evolve; we'll not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period.
2. Accounts & workspaces
The agency that creates a workspace is its owner and controls membership (team, managers, clients, client teammates). You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to content created or uploaded in your workspace. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it to the people you've shared it with. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or others' accounts, no abuse of shared infrastructure (spam, scraping, denial of service). We may suspend workspaces that put other customers at risk.
5. Plans, trials & payment
Trials convert to a paid plan or expire — expired workspaces become read-blocked until renewed, and content is retained per the Privacy Policy. Fees are billed via Razorpay in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (members, clients, projects) are enforced by the platform.
6. Availability & support
The service is provided on a best-effort availability basis during beta. We provide support via contact@desisle.com.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content created by workspace members.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with notice. On termination you may request an export of your content within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days ahead. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
