CRM for agencies and service businesses

A CRM where leads arrive by themselves - and nobody is forgotten.

Facebook and Instagram lead ads, website forms, WhatsApp and webhooks land as leads in seconds. Follow-ups that cannot slip, pipelines in your trade's words, and one click from a won deal to a client project.

  • Free plan with every feature
  • Unlimited people
  • No card required
01 - The problem

A lead fills in a Facebook form. It reaches a Google Sheet through Make.com an hour later, someone copies it to WhatsApp, and the follow-up lives in one person's head.

  • The lead that came in on Saturday is called on Tuesday.
  • Two people call the same lead; nobody calls the next one.
  • "Did we ever send them the proposal?"
  • Every client's leads sit in your one pipeline, mixed together.
02 - How it works
  1. 01
    Your lead

A lead arrives on its own

From your Facebook and Instagram lead ads, your intake form, website chat, a WhatsApp link, a form, or any tool that can call a webhook - in seconds, duplicates merged, bot junk dropped.

  2. 02
    Automatic

It lands in the right pipeline

Each source or ad form goes to your agency pipeline or a client's own CRM. Each list speaks its trade: Enquiry, Site visit, Booked - or Discovery call, Proposal, Won.

  3. 03
    Your team

    Work it from one screen

The list, the lead and the deal side by side. Call, email from the lead's page or reply on WhatsApp - every touch logs the outcome and the next step.

  4. 04
    Automatic

    Follow-ups that cannot slip

The next step sets the reminder. Overdue, Due today, No follow-up and Gone quiet are one click each - and a lead waiting too long on WhatsApp raises an alert.

  5. 05
    Your team

    Proposal and contract

Draft the proposal (with AI if you have a key), send it as a contract the lead reads and signs on the page.

  6. 06
    Your team

Won: one click to a client

Convert the won lead into a client, details carried across, and start their project. Lost deals keep the reason - price, timing, competitor - for the report.

03 - Who does what

Your sales team

  • A three-column view: list, lead, deal
  • Email from the lead's page, in their name
  • Log a call's outcome in one tap
  • Search a lead by anything - even phone digits
  • WhatsApp chats as deals

The owner

  • Weighted forecast beside raw pipeline
  • Stage changes logged - see when a deal slipped
  • Lost reasons across every list
  • Exports with every field
  • Client accounts scoped to the salesperson who owns them

Happens on its own

  • Leads from ads, forms, chat and webhooks
  • Duplicates merged by email and phone
  • Bot submissions dropped
  • First reply moves a new lead to Contacted
  • Webhooks out to Zapier, Make or n8n

Questions
Can Facebook lead ads go straight into the CRM?

Yes. Connect your Facebook Page through your own Meta app - WorkTogethr walks you through it step by step and ticks each step as it works - and every lead form submission arrives as a lead within seconds, with an import of the last 90 days.

Do I still need Make.com or Zapier?

Not for Facebook and Instagram lead ads. For anything else - a website form, another tool - each lead source has a private webhook address that Make.com, Zapier or your own code can post to.

Can I run a CRM for each of my clients?

Yes. Every client can have their own CRM, separate from your agency pipeline. Route each ad form to the client it belongs to; the client sees their leads in their portal.

Does it work for real estate, education or clinics?

Yes. Each CRM list can be General, B2B services, Education, Real estate, Healthcare or Recruitment. The stages and fields read in that trade's words; forecasts and reports work across all of them.

Does it record calls?

No. After a call you log the outcome and the next step in one tap, and that drives the follow-up reminder.

Can salespeople see each other's accounts?

The pipeline is shared, so deals can be picked up and reassigned. Client accounts - their projects, contracts and invoices - are scoped: a salesperson sees the accounts they own and any without an owner. The owner sees everything.

Free plan with every feature. Bring one real client and see it work.
