Forms for agencies

Forms whose answers become a table you can work with.

Briefs, surveys, applications and sign-ups for people without a login - in your brand, with no trace of ours. Every response is a row from the moment it arrives, and can go straight to the CRM.

  • Free plan with every feature
  • Unlimited people
  • No card required
01 - The problem

You can read the responses - and the first time you want to sort, annotate or show a filtered slice to a client, you export to a spreadsheet and the data has left.

  • The project brief arrives as a wall of text in an email.
  • A form edit wipes out answers you already collected.
  • The link you printed on a flyer breaks when you rename the form.
  • A good enquiry from the form never reaches the sales pipeline.
02 - How it works
  1. 01
    Your team

    Build the form

Thirteen question types - text, email, phone, link, number, date, dropdown, checkboxes, choice, yes/no, a five-star rating and headings.

  2. 02
    Your team

    Make it yours

Your logo, banner and colour. One page, or one question at a time with a progress bar.

  3. 03
    Your lead

    Share one link

An unguessable address, or a readable one like /f/book-a-call. Both work forever, so a link already sent never breaks.

  4. 04
    Automatic

    Every response is a row

Answers land in a table: sort, filter, comment and share a filtered view. Editing the form never deletes collected answers.

  5. 05
    Your team

    Send it to the CRM

Pick responses and send them to the CRM tab you choose - or use the intake form, which creates a lead by itself.

  6. 06
    Automatic

    Close it on your terms

Close on a date or after a number of responses, with your own wording. A closed form explains itself instead of breaking.

03 - Who does what

Your team

  • Build with 13 question types
  • Responses as table rows
  • Columns sized like a spreadsheet
  • Send responses to the CRM
  • Readable addresses

The person filling it in

  • No login
  • Your brand, not ours
  • One page or one question at a time
  • A progress bar
  • A clear message when it closes

Happens on its own

  • New rows as responses arrive
  • Renaming a question keeps its answers
  • Removing a question keeps its column
  • Deleting a form keeps the table
  • Webhook out when a form is sent
04 - Everything in it

Questions

Thirteen types.

  • Short and long answers, email, phone, link
  • Number, date, dropdown, checkboxes
  • Single choice, yes/no, five-star rating
  • Section headings

Responses

A table, not a list.

  • Sort, filter and group
  • Comments on a response
  • Share a filtered view
  • Data never deleted by a form edit

Sharing

Links that last.

  • Unguessable or readable address
  • Both work forever
  • Close by date or count
  • Your own closing message

Intake form

Your front door for new work.

  • Public branded page at your address
  • Creates a CRM lead
  • Embed, QR code and email-signature link
  • Clients submit project requests too

Testimonials

Proof, collected properly.

  • Testimonial requests by email
  • A testimonial link for anywhere
  • Approve before anything is shown
  • Walls and a website widget

Connected

Into the rest of the agency.

  • Responses to a CRM tab
  • Webhooks to Zapier, Make or n8n
  • Tables linked to other tables
  • Shared with the client when you choose
Why WorkTogethr

Questions
Is it like Google Forms or Typeform?

It does the same job - forms for people without a login - with your branding and no trace of ours, and every response becomes a row in a table you can sort, annotate and share.

Can form responses go into the CRM?

Yes. Send chosen responses to the CRM tab you pick. The intake form creates a lead by itself.

What happens to answers if I edit the form?

Nothing is lost. Renaming a question keeps its answers; removing one leaves its column and answers where they are; deleting the form keeps the table.

Can I give a form a readable link?

Yes - like /f/book-a-call. The original unguessable link keeps working too, so a link already shared never breaks.

Free plan with every feature. Bring one real client and see it work.
