Privacy Policy

WorkTogethr ("we", "us") is an agency-management platform operated by Desisle. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to worktogethr.com and every workspace hosted on it.

What we collect

Account data — name, email, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), role, and profile details you add.
Workspace content — projects, tasks, documents, files, messages, invoices, contracts and other content your team or clients create.
Usage data — pages visited and actions taken, used for security auditing and product improvement.
Billing data — handled by our payment provider (Razorpay); we never store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the service, secure it (authentication, tenant isolation, abuse prevention), send transactional email (invites, password resets, notifications), process subscription payments, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Tenant isolation

Each agency's workspace is logically isolated: your data is scoped to your agency at the database layer, and every API request is verified against your workspace membership and role.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) are only set after you consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Data sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: hosting infrastructure, email delivery (Resend), and payments (Razorpay) — each bound by their own data-protection terms. We disclose data if legally required.

Retention & deletion

Workspace content is retained while your subscription is active. On written request from a workspace owner, we delete the workspace and its content within 30 days, minus what we must keep for legal/accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@desisle.com.
